My garbage disposal won’t work. Is there anything I can check before I call you out?
Make sure that the circuit breaker for your garbage disposal hasn’t flipped off. You can also reset your disposal by pushing the reset button. The reset button is generally found underneath the garbage disposal.

Yes, you have increased risk of clogging with septic tanks. You will need to have the septic tank pumped regularly. You should use low sudsing laundry detergent. You will want to avoid using bleach, as it can damage the septic tank. You can also add certain kinds of bacteria to the septic tank.
