Water Lines

Need help with your water lines?

>water supply linesYour home’s plumbing system is made up of a variety of water lines that work together to bring running water to the various plumbing fixtures around your home. There are large underground water lines that carry water to your home, smaller lines that carry water throughout the home, and then those water supply lines that transfer water from the shut-off valves on the main water supply pipes to the various plumbing fixtures your home (your toilet, kitchen and bathroom sinks, washing machine, ice maker, dishwasher, etc.). Water lines, therefore, are pretty important, and it’s essential to keep them functioning at their best.

There are a number of issues that could strike your home’s water lines at any time. Your home’s underground water lines, for example, could burst as a result of tree roots, become blocked or clogged with debris, or collapse due to age or offset pipe joints. The lines in your home could also become clogged, develop leaks, or crack. The most frequent issues will probably occur in the small water supply lines that carry water from the shut-off valves on the main water supply pipes to the various plumbing fixtures in your home. These water supply lines can and often do develop leaks, which can cause significant water damage and be so small that they are almost indiscernible.
