NEVER pour cooking grease down the drain. Wipe greasy pots and pans with a paper towel. Run lots of hot water when rinsing greasy items.

Do not put cotton swabs or garbage down them. Install a soft water conditioner to keep bowl and jets clean. Do not store small items above them. Keep the seat closed.

Run plenty of cold water when chopping vegetables. Keep cooking grease out of them. If it will not turn on, check the breaker and the reset button usually located on the bottom of the disposal. Never stick hands or objects in them.
