We take your health and safety, along with the health and safety of our service team, extremely seriously, your well-being is our top priority at Electric Rooter. We are strictly following government and health guidelines, and monitoring the constant changes. We are sanitizing our equipment, tools, and trucks constantly. Frequent hand washing and sanitizing is demanded. We are stopping all handshake greetings. We are kindly asking if anyone in the household or business is sick or has symptoms, please notify us when calling. We are trying to keep a safe distance from our customers and respecting their needs and wants. Whenever possible we are doing the jobs from outside of the home when it allows. We are sanitizing our work area at your location. We are asking customers to pay with cards, tapping preferred, or pay online. Latex gloves, booties, and hand sanitizers are one each truck. Any employee feeling ill will stay home and seek medical help. We can all help stop the spread of this virus. If you have any suggestions, we warmly welcome them.
